1. Acceptance
By downloading, installing or using the Islam Yolu app, you agree to these terms of use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
2. Purpose of the App
The app provides prayer times, Adhan reminders, Quranic verses, inspirational content and similar religious resources through a clean interface. It is intended as a personal aid for worship and spiritual life.
3. Not Medical, Legal or Religious Authority
The app is not a source of medical, legal or official religious rulings (fatwa). Content is provided for informational and inspirational purposes only. For important decisions regarding your faith or life, always consult qualified scholars and trusted authorities.
4. Usage Rules
- You may not use the app in violation of applicable laws.
- You may not copy, distribute, sell or reverse-engineer the app's source code without permission.
- You may not attempt to harm the app's servers or infrastructure.
5. User-Generated Content (Community Feature)
The app includes an optional community feature ("Ummah") where you may post text and images, comment on other users' posts, and follow other users. By using this feature, you agree that you will not post content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, pornographic, violent, or otherwise objectionable, and that you are solely responsible for the content you post.
The app provides tools to report objectionable content and to block other users. Reports are reviewed by our moderators, and we remove violating content and may restrict a violating account's access to the community feature. We reserve the right to remove any content or restrict access to the community feature at our discretion, without prior notice, if it violates these terms or applicable law.
If you believe community-feature content is illegal, you do not need an account or the app to report it — see the Support page for a public reporting channel open to anyone.
6. Subscriptions and Payments
The app offers optional auto-renewing subscription products (monthly and yearly plans). The subscription price shown at the time of purchase in the Apple App Store or Google Play is charged for the plan you select and renews automatically at the end of each period unless stated otherwise.
You may cancel your subscription at any time, at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, through your device's App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period, and we do not provide partial refunds.
Payments and billing are handled entirely by Apple/Google; refund requests are subject to the relevant store's own refund policy and process. Prices may vary by region and store — the price shown in the app at the time of purchase is the price that applies.
7. Ads and Third-Party Services
The app may display ads through services such as Google AdMob. These ads are managed by third parties and are subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
8. Disclaimer
The app is provided "as is" and "as available." No warranty is given that the app will operate without interruption, error-free or on all devices.
The developer is not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from misuse of the app.
9. Changes
The developer reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue the app or these terms at any time. The "Last updated" date on this page will reflect significant changes.
10. Termination
You may stop using the app at any time by deleting it from your device. The developer may also suspend or terminate your access to the app, or specifically to the community feature, in cases of violation of Section 5 or for technical reasons.
11. Governing Law
These terms are interpreted in accordance with applicable local law. Any disputes arising from use of the app shall be resolved under such law.
